I first contacted Aletta when she ran Self Balance from the UK. I had terrible issues with nasal polyps which the NHS refused to do anything about. I made enquires to see if Self Balance had any treatments that would help me sleep better at night and generally breath better. I was recommended Indian Face Massage - I remember the first experience which was amazing but that first night I was able to sleep the entire night through which was something that hadn't happen in nearly fifteen years of having nasal polyps. I kept going to maintain this new found experience of sleep.

Then I added reflexology for my painful legs and feet. I felt like a new person. Thankfully, Aletta was able to arrange for another Therapist to take over from her when she moved to Australia. So our loss is most certainly Australia's gain.
