I do not recommend this business, I ordered artist oil paint on their website, they had gross computer or staff malfunction. No help or assistance, in short they were rude and I am left with unordered and unwanted art material.

They stock quality art materials but fall down on customer service. I asked if I could order some Golden products (the range available was basic), and they took the order but nothing eventuated. No phone call or follow up. This happened three times for different products. I went elsewhere (online art suppliers) and received my purchases within the week.

It is hard to compete when there is a Riot just across the street. Though if you are after quality material then this is the place to shop. The store attendant was too pre-occupied watching schoolkids who he thought were stealing to help -understandable, but still frustrating. I would shop around. I bought an identical easel at Riot for $100, where here it was $250 (I am not exaggerating)! I did get some nice -but expensive- brushes here.

Also, they provide a framing service which you can not get at their competion across the road. It seems to be reasonably priced, and they do a good job, though I did not really shop around for this.
