I had Emma do my facial, my skin was really disgusting after her consult She also advised me to get certain products and I am extremely happy, she was very friendly and helpful I recommend serendipity they are AMAZING !!!

My wife had a facial here, and for the price (which was better than most places!) she was more than happy with her experience. The staff were friendly and patient, and she felt so relaxed. Would go again for sure.

They offer great up to date treatments from head to toe. The salon is clean, modern and fresh looking. The girls are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and always do a good job. I've had waxing done and facials here and have always been pleased with the service. Have always got the appointment t time ive wanted. Prices are a little bit expensive to other salons I've been too.

I've been visiting Serendipity since it first opened and have received a wide range of treatments. They always have the most up to date treatments and the staff are absolutely fantastic! Well worth a visit.

Friendly service although comes at a cost. They generally are able to take appointments within 24 hours and there is only a short waiting period on arrival. They offer a range of products and it is a neat and clean environment.
