We were impressed that Serendipity were willing to go out of their way to make us happy. The results are outstanding with beautiful effects and very natural photography. We love the soft light and warm colours in the Exhibition Gardens and the way the pictures have so much variety and happiness. There was so much to choose from, every picture brought us right back to the emotions of the day, we were right in the middle of everything again!

Serendipity really understood the type of pictures we wanted, natural, fun, and an easy time on the day. The results are outstanding with great designs and a lot of impact.

When we picked up the album we couldn't believe it! We looked so good, we could hardly believe it was us! Everyone loves our photos, they say that they are amazing and that the album is just excellent!

We used serendipity in 2005 for our wedding photography. It was Ok on the day of the wedding, but the aftermath was traumatizing and incredible.
We never ever did get our album from these guys, despite having paid them for it. The after wedding day add on sales, the mess in the shop, the rudeness was incredible. I remember being asked to view the wedding photos on a small laptop with the pictures still side on. The screen was so covered in fingerprints it was almost impossible to see the pictures. We were expected to crane our necks 90 deg for 6 plus hours to choose photos. [name removed] refused to accept our choices and wanted to put in photos we didn’t like because she liked them. These was no client toilet even though we were expected to be there for many hours at a time. More money was demanded in order to get the photos we wanted included. It was dreadful experience not at all what we had paid for.
Shortly after we “settled” on receiving a disc with some raw untouched images and no album, partly because we refused to give them more money than we had signed up for, and partly because we just didn’t want to have to deal with them anymore. The then high st Armadale business went under & “ shut down”. At this point I recal being phoned by the “ a current affair program” asking if I would go on tv to talk about the debacle as they had many unhappy customers.
We were outraged to the discover that the business was shortly to reopen under a very similar name in an adjacent suburb. We then realized there had also been a previous location where the business had also stopped trading with little notice.
Just seeing this business name and hearing the business owners names mentioned sends a shudder down my spine.
This was a hideous and horrible disappointment.

Great photography and totally dedicated to the customers. I was very satisfied with the pictures I have seen and am hoping to get some more pictures taken soon.

Wow! We were so blown away with the quality, elegance, professionalism and beauty of our wedding photos. Overall, Serendipity Photography blew our expectations about what our photos would look like.
On the day of our wedding, the photographer was fantastic to work with. He made sure that everyone was comfortable in their surroundings, which definitely ended up showing in our photos.
The photos themselves had beautiful, vibrant colours- almost better than real life! They were so vibrant and crisp- my bouquet especially looked brilliant.
The photographer definitely catered for what we wanted. We were very keen on having a lot of outdoor shots, and so the photographer made sure that we were outside in a variety of different locations. The fact that we had many locations meant that we had a lot of choice when it came to sitting down and choosing our photos. We loved the fact that even though there were different locations, the photos all seemed to flow and fit together.
At our reception, we had a few traditional Polish customs that were very important for us to include. Our photographer captured these moments with elegance, respect and understanding, what definitely meant a lot to myself and my family.
Overall, we would say that Serendipity Photography were easy to work with and produced fantastic photos for us that we would be able to keep and treasure forever.

We're totally overwhelmed by our wedding album. The shots are breathtaking and everything we hoped for and more. The attention to detail and wonderful colours really stand out in the album. Our most intimate moments were captured perfectly by Julian on the day, giving us an album that we love to look at over and over again. Julian's use of the location was incredible and his ability to capture the mood and feeling both of the location and us as a couple is what makes our album stand out from others that I have seen. We couldn't be happier with our album.

Serendipity were the photographers for my wedding in January of this year, Julian, who was our photographer was exceptional at what he does- he made us feel comfortable and confidant to express ourselves so that our album is totally unique and reflects our personality and culture. Looking for a photographer is hard work until you stumble across these guys! From the moment you see their work you are impressed and mesmerized, the first thing that stood out to me was their use of colour- their photos are bright and colourful and happy- which is what you want on your happy day!
I would absolutely recommend them to any bride searching for the right photographer.

Serendipity has done a brilliant job of photographing our wedding! Every photograph is different, there is so much variety of mood and colour. All our very special moment have been covered and we are very happy with the results! The photographs are imaginative and really tell the story of our day. We had Serendipity do our wedding photo's for us in December 2010. Julian was an absolutely amazing photographer and Sally did a fantastic job touching the photos up and providing us with a very memorable album that we can look back on for the rest of our lives. We were overwhelmed by the very spectacular photography from Serendipity. Our preshoot photographs were quite unique with wonderful lighting and moods and colours. First of all the photographer on the day was spectacular, he was enthusiastic, energetic and passionate with the photos he was taking.He captured every moment perfectly, looking back at the photos now i know exactly how i was feeling at that very moment. serendipity is extremely experienced and have covered thousands!! of wedding so i knew i was in safe hands. they made us feel like absolute superstars on the day, and the photos really brought out our best qualities. They completely understood what i wanted on the day and elaborated on that. we did end up extending our album but serendipity were really helpful to keep it in budget, and will still got all the photos we loved. As soon as I saw their shots I only wanted Serendipity Photography - their work just stands out. The colours are very good and Serendipity Photography has an eye for great locations.
