Poor service, cakes aren't fresh, staff rude.

I ordered cake and coffee, the cake was not fresh, approached the staff about it and they refused to except my dissatisfaction due to the cake was stale! No refunds for bad cake, answer? NEVER BUY CAKE from This store, ever!!!

I've ordered cakes for special occasions for both my family and friends from here, and the cakes are really yummy! There's a branch in Bankstown as well, but I've always gone to Chullora due to its convenience for me. The cakes are very cheap and affordable (I bought a cake for $20 and it was enough for about 20 people). I would recommend anyone buying cakes from this shop!

Segio's has two cafe's, one in Chullora and another in Blacktown, I always go to the Chullora one because I live in the area. Their cakes are affordable and tastes sooo good! My favourite at their store is the Tiramisu, Yum!! Whenever I'm at Chullora, I always drop by for a hot chocolate and tiramisu slice which is only $2.90 a slice! ohhh yummmyy!!
