I liked the fabric on the blinds. However, the blind installation was extremely poor quality, damaging the structure, the blinds, the crank handles and allows water to enter. Don't bother making a list of problems, you won't get an answer. Paperwork is changed and in some cases back dated. Make sure if you deal with these people that you record all dealings, including phone records. The customer service is non-existent once they claim they have done the job. I have since discovered that the $8,950 price tag was way above the normal, and would expect an exceptional job for that price. They are over-priced, poor quality, extremely stressful to deal with.
