No. Left colour all over the face. Didn’t bother cleaning. Didn’t straighten hair. Colour wasn’t what I expected. Greys were not even covered. It was a rip off.

Amazing! With severely bleach damaged and crispy hair I walked into salon after a recommendation. Totally ashamed of my DIY job that went wrong I honestly thought I'd get the "you need 6 treatments, cut your hair off, buy these products......"
Instead I was made feel comfortable and relaxed, offered helpful advice and still had my hair cut and fixed in a way I didn't think possible. I'm very very impressed with the personal attention and care received. Thank you to "Christina" who looked after me..... Won't go anywhere else so don't leave ever!
