attempted to have my embroidery machine fixed, 5 times they had my machine,each time said it was fixed and same problem occurred, washers were left out of my machine and was told it didn't matter ,I was told just pushing the button on my automatic needle threader would break it.they may be good for basic servicing but actually finding a fault and fixing a machine absolutely hopeless. Would not trust these people with my machine again.
