I've always had lovely, polite, prompt and professional service from this business. Always aims to please. I will travel to to Armadale to use this fantastic and skilled service.

I had the absolute worst experience at this business. I took in my daughters dance dress for some alterations and was told how it would be altered and fixed, was happy with the conversation so paid (was reasonably priced)
2 days later I picked up the dress just to find out that the work we discussed had not happened and instead of taking in the dress around the waist the bottom crotch of the leotard was taken in leaving a whole inch visibly hanging out at the waist. I explained very nicely that this was not the alterations I had asked for just to be spoken to horribly, the lady put her hand in my face and told me I could not talk and then slammed the door in my face. Never in my life have I been spoken to so badly. I was accused of just wanting it done for free even though I had pre paid for the service at drop off and she was the one who told me she would refund me, when I accepted her offer for a refund she snatched my daughters dress from me and started to unpick the alterations. Why I can understand why she wanted to remove the work done I tried very politely to explain that I didn’t want her touching the dress when she was in such an emotional state. After standing there for 30 minutes getting yelled at and called all sorts of names while she unpicked the dress she finally threw the dress at me and the $25 I had paid.
Please reconsider having any work done here as the lady can not take any kind of criticism and will flip on you in a second. Thankgod I did not have my 3 year old daughter with me to witness this kind of behaviour.
