We took our sewing machine here a couple of years ago and received fantastic service of which we are still satified with almost 2 years later! Our sewing machine was going incredibly slow, but after having it serviced at the Sewing Machine Doctor it ran like new again, and is still going fast and as good as new 2 years later! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and explained exactly what was wrong the our machine, taking the time to actually show us the specific problem. They were very accommodating when it came time to organizing a pickup time – they would have it ready whenever it was most convenient for us. Wonderful, quality service. Highly recommended.
