i hired a standard trailer to move house with. when i went to collect the trailer someone else had booked it out, so they upgraded me to a larger, enclosed trailer and only charged me the cost of the original hire.
we all make mistakes, but it what we do to help rectify those mistakes, and in my opinion, the customer service here was perfect

I have not yet used these guys for their trailers but from what i can see they seem to be good.
I went here to return a gas bottle. They were very helpful in helping close an account with the big company. There service was excellent but no money was exchanged
