How come the doctors there can sudden dismiss/fire you as their patient even you are still in the ongoing treatment. They are not trying to solve the problem, and they can't accept just a little complaint, they are trying to avoid complaints and shifting responsibility as Dr. They can't accept any complaint, but a complaint can be an opportunity to increase understanding of the patient's perspectives, It can also help to improve the services that they offer.
