Shannon's Creations

I tried all the cheesecakes from Shannon's Creations, all seven flavours. They have a biscuit base which is not too sweet. Chocolate is juicy and yum. Cherry is awesome and it's got Goji berries. Lemon is sweet, creamy and tangy. Blueberry is berry flavoursome. Strawberry is great with bits of strawberry all through it. The new one, Rum & Raisin, is a good old fashioned classic made very well. But my absolute favourite is Mango. Mango is truly to die for. It has three types of Mango, it's smooth & creamy and the taste stays on the tongue for ages. Yum yum I want another one.
