I started going to Shapes because of a scoopon as well. I had Stephanie! I had such a good experience I have been going back time and time again to get my hair done with Stephanie. She runs a clean and professional salon, always asks what I would like to do with my hair.. I don't often know what I want so I trust her, and I am never disappointed. I would and do recommend Shape Hairdressing to my friends!

I to had a scoopon. I went there for a simple trim style wash blow and dry. I was very unhappy with my cut I left the salon crying my eyes out. I had brought a picture with me and the staff glanced at it but form then on never referred to it. I asked for a soft side fringe and came out with a harsh uneven front fringe because they made a mistake when cutting my hair. When I asked to make alterations they seemed to become annoyed as though I was Asking to much. My hair is uneven an fluffy ever since I would never go back to this salon.

I have been seeing Stephanie for a few years now. When I mentioned to Stephanie that I had a cow lick and I didn't know how to blow dry and straighten my hair, she was more than happy to make my hair cut easier to style and to show me pointers. I don't even tell Stephanie what colour or cut anymore, she will have one ready for me as a sugguestion and i always go with her sugguestion as i trust her that much and it always looks good. I love going there the atmosphere is great and the staff are always attentive.

I had a haircut+wash+blow-dry+treatment by Stephanie. She was very professional, friendly and happy to keep fixing my hair until I was satisfied. The wash basin was quite uncomfortable because the edge of the basin was pushing against my neck. It looked very stylish but wasn't ergonomic. I had a voucher for this and I probably wouldn't be able to afford the services here. However, it was a great experience and I walked out with soft, shiny hair+a new haircut!.

I also bought a Scoopon voucher for this place and I found that the staff were not friendly and professional. The management was however but I could tell that they were under staffed and they rushed my hair. I understand that I didnt pay the full price but if businesses wish to do a deal that makes all these promises then meet them. When I was choosing my hair colour the staff try to rush me and they got impatient when I didn't make a quick decision. I could pick there was a lot of tension in the room so I felt very uncomfortable. Not a nice way to spend the afternoon when you have left work a couple of hours early to get your had done. I wont go back there.

I had an unfriendly staff serve me here who was only suppose to cut my hair but then the top stylist - who I was promised on my purchase of a scoopon was busy so this staff also dyed my hair. Staff dyed it on the tips and cut my fringe too much and my hair has been horrible ever since. It is frizzy and seems dead. It is such a shame because the management who was meant to do my color was really nice and seemed like they could have a good salon. I recommend the management get the said staff into line, get them friendly and doing the right job!
