So I’ve used Shark Shack for years. I’ve had a few mishaps with new staff. Tonight was next level I got chips which where ok fish was good. Then there was the chicken schnitzel burgers one drowned in tomato sauce no cheese or lettuce or tomato. The other at least had Mayo a piece of tomato which looked like it came off the floor and the smallest amount of lettuce you ever did see. The hamburger with the lot drowned in tomato sauce with egg, bacon and heaps of onion. To say I’m dissatisfied would be spot on. At Least a refund was offered. I got home to find this right on close. Never will I buy food there again as a local and shouldn’t have continued to support the business after the other incidents just prior to summer. Grrr

When driving through Rye we decided to purchase fish and chips as a takeaway meal. It was delicious and the fish was very fresh and a large serving of chips. Enough for the two of us. Enjoyed it while sitting by the sea.

We were driving past and it was lunch time so decided to stop by for some fish and chips. We also had burger. However, we found the food, including the chips to be mediocre. Not quite like the usual fish and chips. The chips felt a bit dry.

Very nice fish and chips. We had a piece of flake which was on of the best I have had. Chips were nice too and their hamburger was a decent size and tasted good. We were just expecting your average fish and chips but were impressed with these ones. Price were good too, fairly similar to every fish and chips but the hamburger and flake were a tiny bit cheaper than usual. Would go back next time we visit.

This is a really good place for fish and chips. All of the food was cooked really well and the portions were good. It was a little bit expensive but not too bad. They did get our order slightly wrong and gave us an extra piece of fish instead of a fish bite, but we had a very big order - for 6 people - so they did well. Service was good.
