Sharlow Fitness has excellent group training & PT sessions with plenty of variety. Every workout is different from the last, sessions are challenging but fun & the Sharlow trainers are knowledgeable & encouraging. My fitness has improved dramatically over the last 2 years through hard work, consistency and encouragement from Rob & the team. I would highly recommend Sharlow Fitness to anyone who's looking to either improve their health & fitness or achieve specific fitness goals.

A great team of trainers who are friendly and encouraging. Fantastic locations that make you want to get out of bed of a morning. Sharlow Fitness conducts group bootcamp sessions with lots of variety, as well as boxing and personal training sessions, with times to suit everyone. Can't fault them.
