Under no circumstances allow this incompetent person to quote on your roller shutters.I requested a quote from the owner Brian he didn't turn up then finally he came the next day.I then gave him the go ahead and he requested a 50% deposit which he would collect from my home we agreed a time for him to collect the deposit on 3 seperate occasions Brian did not turn up to collect the deposit if this incompetent person can not even collect the deposit what hope have you got firstly for the rollers to be installed and secondly if there is a problem.
