Absolutely amazing service here when I got my year 10 formal dress a few years back have been in there since then looking at wedding and bridesmaids dresses and had that same great service :) such an enjoyable experience on all occasions!

I recently purchased my 4 bridesmaid dresses from here and the staff were nothing but helpful. I knew the exact style of dress I wanted (and they had many sizes of it in stock which was awesome!) but was unsure of colour. Myself and 3 of my bridesmaids were in the shop for at least maybe 2 hours trying on lots of dresses in many different colours and the staff member helping us was very patient and in the end, found the colour that we all agreed on. Highly recommended!

I was looking around the Newcastle stores for a wedding gown and was not happy with the service I was receiving. Went out to have a look at Shazzam and as soon as I walked in the door I was given help. The staff offered suggestions on what to do with the dress, but I wasn't pushed into anything.
