Car picked up for a free quote on 18 October 2013. A deposit of $800 was paid in anticipation of the quote. The quote didn't arrive until 12 November by which time I asked for my car to be returned. The car was returned on 13 November. None of the deposit has been paid back. They claimed they paid $300 which never went into the bank. No money received still (10 January 2014). My experience has been terrible.
