Terrible circumstances for having to use Sheen OG's services, but best result I could have hoped for.
I accidentally ran into the back of someone and had to pay for the I repairs. Mark at Sheen was fantastic to deal with. Now, not putting down the female gender but personally my mechanical knowledge is pretty poor! But Mark was honest, upfront, and explained everything to me superbly, including the ins and outs of insurance claims. His communication was great throughout, texting me with updates and other info which was super convenient.
He offers a courtesy car while the repairs are happening which was fantastic for the poor bugger I rammed!
Workshop seemed really clean and buzzing around with guys.

Nobody wants to visit the panel beaters, but if you have to, these guys are great. They really know their stuff and take all the hassles out of the claim and repair process (including providing a loan car). Hopefully I won't need them in the near future, but if you have to go to a panel beater this is the place.
