Kelly caused me complete stress and finical strain under 2 weeks prior to my wedding. She quoted me for my bridesmaid dresses and said she can make my wedding dress too, once shown pictures she agreed. She never actually let me see the dress complete and was very vague with responses, me and my Bridesmaids even went to her house in Narre Warren to do a fitting and look at fabric. Just before our final fitting she said she had a “family emergency” and couldn’t do a final fitting. She had her daughter drop the dresses to my house and take my almost $3k! When inspected the dresses were nothing like we agreed, was not even completed, stitched wrong and was not even wearable. I had to pay to get the bridesmaid dresses redone and even had to buy myself a new wedding dress off the rack just over a week out. When contacted Kelly ignored all messages and concerns and turned off her Facebook reviews. It was absolutely heartbreaking right before my wedding. I wish that this never happens to anyone else. If I could give 0 star I would.
