Michelle and Gary are very professional about their business from the beginning till ... well for as long as you have their product hanging in your house. When I had a tiny problem but big headache of not being able to recharge the motorized blind myself, Gary bent his personal schedule for my rescue on SATURDAY! Now that's a service and understanding from the customer's point of view, problem, frustration.
Things can break or malfunction, that is an accident. But the quality of service is by choice which makes a difference for the rest of your curtain life.
This company is highly, highly super highly recommended.
