I arrived at the fuel pump and when i went to put petrol in,fuel pump was not working-i tried to get the staff guys attention,to no avail....so i put nozel back in pump and walked inside and told him to turn bowser on,he then told me it doesn't work?umm ok i have just been standing there for 10 minutes and you could not talk and tell me on your loudspeaker or even come out and tell me,it would of been good to have a sign at bowser if it did not work.was not happy hanging in the heat....

The staff are rude and cannot help you at all with any of your needs.petrol is always at its highest price.they do not take vouchers or gift vouchers at this store,so please be aware of this before filling up.
