Even though the service was good I think that perhaps there are areas of improvement that could be considered around the establishment. Good place to return to though.

Hey I also think Altug is great value!! He makes buying petrol fun especially when the store is full of customers....it's great to see the look on people's faces when he comes out with his one-liners. He tries to make everyone laugh or at least smile....far better than the usual sales experience.

My friends and I go out of the way to see our homeboy Altug, He's a legend. Really nice guy and good for a laugh, He makes me want to buy something. My friend asked if they sell Buble-O-Bill icecreams to which he replied coles express doesn't approve of that outlaw, This guy makes shell express

Petrol Stations offer the worst customer service ever. The actual site itself was clean and safe. The hot food area was very unclean and none of the food look hygienic to eat. Unfortunately Petrol is not good value

a lot cleaner than some petrol station has some relaly friendly staff there. so i enjoy visiting them. petrol stations are getting quite pricey. but i still go to shell even if i dont have a 4 cent docket.

Altug is the best and probably the only reason to visit. The other guys are OK but Altug is the most friendly and outgoing guy out there. Really seems to enjoy the job or alt least makes the most of the time. Something for us all to learn.

Although i find the shop to be clean and the quality of the products to be ok, The prices really bring the whole shop down. I do like the fact that it is open til all hours but still wouldnt mind them to bring down their prices just a little bit

Petrol here is just like any other Shell station in Melbourne, but the fact that the servo is also a Coles Express really is handy for buying groceries beyond supermarket hours since it is open late. Service is excellent.

As far as petrol prices are concerned it is no better than any other servo, although you get the feeling you're being exploited, but again that is a general statement....the coles express part of it is quite handy, sometimes a lack of depth in the products offered can hurt it but all in all, very good

This comes as no surprise that the cost is extremely high, as it is a regular thing at petrol stations for their costs to sky rocket, however i was shocked at how much higher this one was. At least double if not more than supermarkets, however i must say the quality is always good and the hours of trading is a selling point
