I have used Shelley's coaching for a few months now and absolutely love her. I went needing help and advice and felt absolutely overwhelmed. I had a lot of reservations using a coach but Shelley has this warmth and kindness and I felt completely comfortable opening up to her and sharing what I wanted to achieve. She worked with me to set goals and made them into achievable milestones. Opening up to her has opened my mind and perspective and I look forward to the future now in anticipation and not fear.
