I visited Shendals to get a keratin treatment done and was absolutes stoked with not only the results of the treatment but the customised, professional and friendly service I received from my stylist Zoe as well as the other stylists working on the day. I hadn't been to a hair salon in five years as I have super unmanageable curly hair that has always resulted in salon disasters so I am so glad that I have had such an amazing experience at Shendals and I will continue to go back there from now on! My stylist Zoe was very informative and helpful in helping me choose the best type of /strength of keratin treatment for my particular hair type and the results were better than I had imagined them to be! - My hair has never been so soft, silky and healthy whilst at the same time having zero frizz and a very relaxed wave compared to the messy curl I normally have. It is a miracle to be able to wake up to non-kinky soft and shiny manageable hair every morning that I can actually brush! (Something I have never been able to do with my natural hair unless it was wet). Zoe was happy to answer all my queries on maintenance and styling for my new hair and even gave me a few extra tips and tricks to achieve different styles such as vintage waves. I went to Kelly at Shendals for the first time yesterday, recommended by a friend. I have been to many salons since I moved here early last year and to date this is the best salon I have been to. I love that one person does my colour and cut and there was a great discussion at the beginning about what colours I would like plus the cut I would like. I was even told if I wanted some more colour in the next couple of days (I had foils) to ring and they would accommodate me. I love their 100% satisfaction guarantee too! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone!
