Kendal had made me look like a princess on my wedding's day. I have no idea of how I'm going to do with my hair or make up! Second time I told her I need new look of cut and colour and she did it again, everyone comments they love it and it make me look younger. So big thank you Kendal!

Just can't fault Shendals. Exceptional service from Kendall and her staff. I am a very fussy customer when it comes to my hair and I have been extremely pleased every time I go to Shendals. With the added bonus of having a beautician in the shop as well.

I went in for a hair and make-up makeover. I was impressed with the personal service. Loved the hair cut. I was incredibly impressed with the make up too. I am not someone who wears much make up and a little apprehensive. The result was no less than stunning. The whole experience was fun friendly and very comfortable with an AMAZING result. I was new to getting my hair coloured at a salon. Kendal and her team took the time to talk me through the process and discussed colouring options with me. I had fantastic service and loved the final colouring on my hair. Definitely recommend!

I have been twice to the salon, first time was a Facial, a gift. It was the most relaxing experience for me, I loved it.
The second time was for a hair and makeup session, which I enjoyed also. The girls are very friendly, I was given a very soft colour change, which suited me so well. Makeup was natural looking, and again so nicely done. As a mature aged woman, this did wonders for my self confidence, I left there feeling relaxed, and looking forward to showing the new me off.

I visited Shendals to get a keratin treatment done and was absolutes stoked with not only the results of the treatment but the customised, professional and friendly service I received from my stylist Zoe as well as the other stylists working on the day. I hadn't been to a hair salon in five years as I have super unmanageable curly hair that has always resulted in salon disasters so I am so glad that I have had such an amazing experience at Shendals and I will continue to go back there from now on! My stylist Zoe was very informative and helpful in helping me choose the best type of /strength of keratin treatment for my particular hair type and the results were better than I had imagined them to be! - My hair has never been so soft, silky and healthy whilst at the same time having zero frizz and a very relaxed wave compared to the messy curl I normally have. It is a miracle to be able to wake up to non-kinky soft and shiny manageable hair every morning that I can actually brush! (Something I have never been able to do with my natural hair unless it was wet). Zoe was happy to answer all my queries on maintenance and styling for my new hair and even gave me a few extra tips and tricks to achieve different styles such as vintage waves. I went to Kelly at Shendals for the first time yesterday, recommended by a friend. I have been to many salons since I moved here early last year and to date this is the best salon I have been to. I love that one person does my colour and cut and there was a great discussion at the beginning about what colours I would like plus the cut I would like. I was even told if I wanted some more colour in the next couple of days (I had foils) to ring and they would accommodate me. I love their 100% satisfaction guarantee too! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone!

They understood my needs, I got exactly what I wanted. Atmosphere great very friendly and inviting. Highly recommend I had the keratin straightening and a cut. They transformed my boring look to a modern look. Felt a million dollars when I left. Found them on Internet as just moved to the area.
