I purchased two boots for this winter. I subsequently received a tracking number advising me that the order I put through has been shipped. There was a delay in receiving the package for one and secondly, one of the boots I ordered did not arrive at all. I contacted Sheriton Shoes to enquire and according to the lady I spoke to at Sheriton Shoes, they had submitted an investigation with the courier however since then I have not heard back from Sheriton Shoes with regard to refund or the missing shoes.

Such a poor service and I do not recommend purchasing from Sheriton Shoes!!

This shop has so much range as they carry all different brands and the staff there were really lovely. My sister and I tried on about 10 pairs of shoes and they were really accommodating; offering their advice and friendly conversation. When we didn't end up buying anything they didn't make us feel guilty or uncomfortable at all. Really recommend this store!
