I came here yesterday to get my hair bleached underneath, they did wonders, the colour they done in one session is amazing, i plan on going there in a week or so to get more hair bleached, they are amazing. I would give it 6 stars if i would, if you want to get your hair done go here. Thank you guys for taking care of me

I was a loyal customer and had been there are few times for waxing.. the last couple of times i got a staff and was so rough always left with redness and marks... but gave staff the benefit of doubt. i always went there in the hope of getting another staff, as that staff is wonderful... so after this last experience, i had skin missing from my face, which has now all scabbed up. I went in to get a refund of $30, with my photo evidence, after a big argument and them telling me the management would have to call me as s taff isn't authorised to open till. So received no call and had to call myself at 5pm.. i was then told no i would not receive a refund and if i wanted to take further action please do so as they don't care. So i did. Please ladies and gents don't go there for the sake of your face...and the service is just terrible! '

terrible experience at this salon. They cut their finger with scissors. They then kept dabbing it on their sleeve and cutting my hair instead of getting a band aid. This person walked around asking more senior staff for a band aid but no one had one. Then returned to cutting my hair with bleeding finger. Not okay!!! who does that. I ended up having to ask them if they had a band aid to put on it? They were not impressed! went off and wrapped some paper around it and sticky tape. Seriously would you like me to be running my fingers through your hair if my finger was bleeding? They continued to do my hair. Even the management staff didn't seem to give a hoot about this. This salon has changed and if this is the level of hygiene and customer care then other aspects of hygeine would be a worry. And really not a packet of band aids anywhere? Will never return. Mind you I washed my hair when I got home.

I just would like say the outstanding hairdresser in that salon is MICHELLE for her expertise in all her work that she does. I always book for MICHELLE to do my hair no matter what!

Unfortunately the service at this salon is very very bad. Very very unorganised with staff who do not seem to know how to make appointments. I rang up and made two appointments for certain dates for not only myself but for friends. Upon arrival my friend and I were greeted by a staff who had the worst attitude I have ever seen. I unfortunately got stuck with this staff. Staff did not say one friendly word to me through the whole process of having my hair done, staff really did my hair very badly really had a care factor of zero. Now I was very angry but as I had been there before and had no dramas on that occasion I decided I wouldn't say to much. I did however walk up to the counter whilst waiting for my friend to have her hair finished and asked another staff if they could do my hair on a particular date. Staff then had a look and I wasn't even booked in to begin with so lucky I had checked. Staff put my name in and I asked them to ensure we had somebody that would do a good job as it was for an important event. Thinking everything was all booked I went into have the appointment and they had told me the complete wrong time so I was supposed to wait around when I had planned my appointments almost a month in advance. It appears they can't seem to get a grip on organising with staff that don't care. I will never ever return and never recommend sheshwarz services. All in all very disappointing.

I have very curly, fizzy, long, thick hair and they are all exceptional with blow drying. I've been to other places cause I couldn't make it to the salon and the time and NOBODY can blowdry like these guys. All their other services are fantastic and I recently has a hair cut by Jason and he is fabulous. I'd be so proud if that was my salon.. Well done guys

My daughter has course, frizzy and curly hair...The wonderful staff at this salon styled her with a smooth and elegant up-style for her year 10 formal..Not only was the service affordable ( I mean I thought $65 was ridiculously cheap given my daughters hair type) but they also recommended us some great products to maintain her hair. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon....She had her waxing, nails and make-up all done at this one location..Really convenient for formal time! I can't rave about how good they are enough!

Great service - very friendly staff and exeptioanal experience in hair cuts/styles. Highly recommended
