I wanted some diamond earring's for my wife's birthday, i saw they had an advert displayed of the ones i wanted. when i was approached by a staff member she showed me the advertised earring's but they were too expensive, so the staff member got another simular pair that suited. it was an ok experience.

Most of the staff are wonderful there but i think the manager could have better customer skills!She was very rude & condescending & should not be working where she is dealing with people!
