I had a spray tan done a few weeks ago when it was POURING with rain. Emma was extremely flexible in adjusting the time of my appointment and did everything possible to prevent the tan immediately washing off in the rain. The end result was a beautiful, even, natural looking tan which is not easy to achieve on such pale skin. I was also pleasantly surprised when the tan faded naturally and did not end up all patchy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business. Thanks Emma!

Emma took my call whilst on leave and was happy to make a booking for a spray tan whilst she was away. She was able to meet me late after work to suit my schedule which was extremely handy! The tan is a perfect colour for my skin tone and I have not gone so dark that it looks fake. I'm very happy and will be back soon. Emma even followed up afterwards to make sure everything worked out with the tan and offered her assistance should I have any questions. Great service, great product!

A warm welcome, followed by a relaxing waxing. I was very appreciative that she was able to fit me in on short notice before my holiday. Great job, and listened to what exactly I wanted done and even within time constraints. I would definitely return. The products Emma uses are really nice too.

I visited Emma for a spray tan and will definitely be returning. After I had a few spray that hadn't shown up well on my skin, I was a bit skeptical on how the the Vani-T tan would work out, however I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with the result. It also faded nicely rather than going all streaky or blotchy after a week which I have experienced before. Emma was really professional and spoke to me about my expectations before she sprayed me which was great. The price was also really affordable and cheaper than what I had been paying for a tan that was not working. I would recommend her to anyone.

I called Emma yesterday for a last minute appointment and she was able to accommodate me on such short notice which I really appreciated. She also returned my voice-mail message very quickly.
I booked in for an eye-brow wax, chin wax and an eye-lash tint. Emma took her time with me and I am extremely happy with the results. Emma also tidied up my upper lip for free and finished off with a lovely moisturiser.
Emma loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend Emma at Shimmer and I will definitely be returning. Her hours are very flexible too.

I am not the type of person who bothers writing reviews, however (selfishly) I do read them. The service I received from Emma is worth the effort of writing this review! The other reviews are accurate - Emma is fantastic! Her product knowledge and advice were brilliant, she catered her advice to my situation (spray tan at short-notice, on the day of a wedding), and had clearly thought about her product and how it would best be used for my situation and skin-type. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again or to recommend her to a friend!
