This is one of the cheap, doggy hairdressers that no one usually trusts.. It is located at Central Station and frequently visited by students due to its cheap charges. $10 for men and $15 for women. One day when I was already very bored with my hairstyle which i had for the whole year, I decided to give Shiny Star a try, it didn't disappoint at all. In fact, it was the best haircut I've had in years.. I went again this year with yet another successful haircut..
