I recently had my 2007 Prado repaired (insurance work). I haven't experienced quality of service, professionalism and such a friendly team for many years. To put it simply, Shiptons excel in every aspect!
I live some distance away, however, Shiptons are light years ahead of local repairers. They have my highest recommendation for quality work and a customer service approach exceeding all expectations.

We had an unnamed driver leave a tow ball dent in the front of our vehicle. Shipton's were quick to make a time and date for the damage to be fixed. They did an excellent job and exactly on time as arranged. We are very happy to recommend them.
