Roughest commercial refrigeration instal i have ever seen. Not even elctrically compliant. I dont know how this guy even keeps a license.

Great communication & price. There was no problem with fitting in with a time when I was available. Eddie fixed my machine in less than half an hour & explained exactly what was wrong.

Horrible. They sold us second hand washing machine promising 1 year service. It broke after 4 months. They have not fixed it from past 15 days.

After having no one turn up on three occasions from another company I was given the number for Shiraz Refrigeration. I called and a very friendly Eddy answered. He could help the next day. Arriving ten minutes early he explained what was wrong and how much repairs would cost. My washer was picked up the next day ( again 10mins early). The repairs were done and the washer returned the following day at the time I was told. They even did an extra service at no extra cost.Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

I am not satisfied with the service and communication offered by this company. A repair job on a washing machine which should have taken 3 business days took more than 8 business days. They have made no effort to provide us with a temporary replacement in the meantime, although it was promised several times after we had called them.
