Chris did an outstanding job, absoloutely brilliant quality.
I required one of the rings for the day as it was a birthday present.
Chris went out of his way to complete the engraving.
It is very rare these days to get good customer service, and outstanding quality.

As I have been in this industry for 35 year's , and worked at many shoe repair companies , I find shoe express in plaza cheapest prices , when it comes to repairs , and watches batteries , Chris is a total professional , if you go anywhere else you will pay to much

Chris couldn't have been more helpful. He cut my car key and then drove me three kilometres back home to program it. I will definitely take my business to him again.

After asking whether a shoe alteration was possible, the staff member answered in a rude tone. I had previously asked a different shoe repair store, and although they were unable to help, they were extremely polite. I can't say the same for Shoe Express. I wasn't even halfway through my sentence when I was abruptly cutoff. Don't ever go here - this is the worst customer service I've ever received.

I took some boots to get repaired here recently and had an overall good experience with the service. The salesperson was very friendly and willing to help which was outstanding. I ended up paying approx $15 for a zipper fix which was a little more than I thought, however the finished product and great service made up for it and I was more than happy to pay :)
I came in late one day (about 4:30) and was able to pick up the boots the next day.

Will definitely go back to this store in future when I need any shoe repairs due to the great customer service and quality craftsmanship.
