They will answer queries on the phone and also visit at home.

The computer kept freezing for an unknown reason. We took it in and they charged us $66 to tell us they didnt know what was wrong with it, then they tried to sell us a new one. We took the computer to another (better) place and he diagnosed the problem straight away, fixed it and it is as good as new. Wasnt happy to be charged so much money for them to say they didnt know what it was, particularly when the other shop said it was a common problem. Service is pretty rough too.
