I went to SHu Sha for the first time on saturday to get tizzied up for a wedding. I was hopeful that i had booked somewhere decent, since I didnt know anyone in the area, but was amazing to find I had booked somewhere INCREDIBLE! the attention to detail that i was given was incredible, from my cutting edge makeup to the most amazing hairstyle i can only call a work of art. While the gierls spent HOURS making sure everything was perfect i was served lovely ( not instant0 coffee and home made biscuits. I felt like a ROK STAR! the staff where amazing, helpful and so charismatic and i recieved comp,liments on my look all day. My hair and makeup even stayed perfect all night.. even after a few drinks! If you are wanting boring and out dated tacky looks dot go here, it is very much a high fashion salon. They even made my mum look incredible! THANK YOU SHU SHA! I will be back!

I've been to cranium where the service was lacking in genuine regard for the customer. ShuSha are on a completely different level. They have a down to earth approach, and remember everything including that I only like organic products. Never pushy and good advice. My boyfriend has always gone to another hair salon and I hated his cut. Since he's been going to ShuSha (not sure if it'd because they supply a beverage of choice and he can read his iPad news) he has the best cut on him I've ever seen. I'm thrilled!

The day I went(on a Saturday) i certainly did feel looked after...i paid9waste of money) to have them cut my hair but the whole time I was there they were:yawning constantly like they didn't want to be there/trying to squeeze in as many people as they could in the hour/passing me from one staff to another so they could finish of someone else's hair rather than concentrate on me.....my patience was wearing then they already had had me waiting to begin with....but I might as well have had the other staff cut it, based on the end result..uneven layers.....i had been to another hairdresser at this salon and they were much better but no longer at the salon...they also decided to cut it the way they liked not the way i asked...they then proceeded to blow dry using some small brush not the big round brushes they normally use.., then the other staff ere drying my hair and and they weren't blow drying in layers...i asked for the layers to be flicked up but instead they blow dried it under...i am very fussy when it comes to my hair especially when layers are involved as all hairdressers cut differently..it was hard enough as it was to part with $80 but even worse when it was not money well spent.....even worse I was going out that night so I had to try and make my hair not look as bad as it did...its been over a month since I was there and i still almost cry and i see how bad it still looks and I have to tie it back.....i didn't dare go back as i thought they could have made it worse..thank god my old trusty hair dresser is due back from overseas...hopefully the layers have grown out by then...

A great example of outstanding customer service and how the smallest things make a difference to your haircut experience. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're in "Cheers" , everyone knows your name and goes out of the way for you. Never had a bad experience at Shu Sha. From the offer of any drink, to the important things on truly listening to you haircut brief, funny banter or leaving you to relax, always a pleasurable way to spend a couple of hours. This is testament to owner manager really understaning the client needs and translating that to consistent delivery of customer service across the staff.

I have been going to Shu Sha for about 18 months and love it! Everyone comments on my hair.. They always do an awesome colour and cut. I also look forward to the home made cookies with either a wine or a tea or coffee! Fab selection of mags to read too : ) overall great salon with a friendly down to earth feel!

Overall a disappointing experience. Cudo voucher used promised a designer hair experience, but I was very disappointed overall. Foils were not blended well, hair washed in cold water and hair dryer was far too hot my scalp more than once. I certainly didn't feel well looked after. Not normally one to complain but really did not experience the same level of customer service/ experience as the other reviewers.

Just love ShuSha, been going regularly nearly a year now & always come out feeling great with wonderful hair - Sha is the first hardresser I've found in years who always does great things with my usually wild, unruly hair. Get a lovely welcome every visit & always enjoy a good chat with all the girls. Also don't get pressed to buy lots of product. Great hair, great experience.

Warm welcome, good atmosphere, very good knowledge of colours, great service, easy to talk to, not pushing sales, genuine and reasonably priced. Very satisfying experience and that's the reason I have and will be coming back.

Simply awesome, great vibe with relaxing music. Who wouldn't want to get there haircut whilst sinking a cold one after a hard day at the office. I will be coming back for my funky corporate hairdo again.
