What a great little hidden away cafe. If you've never been taken to this place, you would never know it was there. They server delicious food that is healthy and they have a one/two man band playing on Sundays. Hip and on trend converted warehouse style building.

Shucked has been on my To Visit list for a while now, had heard lots of good things. We visited it on a Saturday morning, so obviously it was to be expected that it was busy and noisy. It has a great set up in a warehouse sort of space, amongst a whole lot of car dealerships! Coffee was DELICIOUS. Similarly I was pretty happy with my pancakes, berry coulis and rosewater cream; my boyfriend's big breakfast was amazing looking (and tasting I was told) - both great value, my pancakes were only $14.

As usual, I am hesitant to judge service in cafes on once off experiences if it is very busy, the staff were polite but not overly friendly, and we had probably a 10 minute wait on coffees and a 15 min or so wait after that for our meals. I don't mind waiting as long as a staff member comes up and takes the time to apologise and let us know we haven't been forgotten. But like I said, it was a Saturday morning and it was busy so don't be deterred, especially if you live in the area (or not) - the coffee is superb.

had enjoyable breakfast and coffee and cake here. lovely relaxed atmosphere. very enjoyable place to visit. their cakes are very big and reasonably priced. love the old school deco!

I had banana&walnut bread with espresso ricotta&maple syrup and skinny flat white. The bread was a bit thinner than I expected, but the addition of the ricotta was good and the coffee was beautiful.
