Pool install was great. No leaks, looks great, except for the dirt accumulating on the bottom of the pool because they haven’t come back to do the handover and deliver our dolphin cleaner. Really disappointing way to finish. Fingers crossed they come back....

23rd December. Promised hed come out today to finish the pool. Merry Christmas, I still dont have the water leveller. Dont pay the last instalment guys. Im over these people. Really disappointing way to finish.
These guys have done nothing but let us down also. 5 months in and and still havent finished. Dodgy wiring, pumps playing up, very shallow pipe work. Hasnt finished auto leveller. Water chemistry way out.
Won return my calls, texts or emails.
Dodgy pool builder. Dont use these guys.

Speaking of wiring. I had a sparky out on the weekend to put some garden lights in and had to dig around the pool equipment for his cabling. He's noticed that a lot of the wire goes into the ground via a conduit, but then under the ground, the wire sits bare, no conduit... who does that?
