We had a 8 course banquet starting with sweet corn soup that was nothing special, san choy bow was fantastic i must say, prawns were nice, dim sims were just ok, duck wraps were just ok and the beef cube things were very very good... Over all the food wasn't as good as i had hoped for the money. Service was excellent as was the atmosphere, pity the food let it down...
price is four 6 persons not inc drinks. drinks was another $300

Approximate cost: $960

We ate at Silks for a friend's birthday and were lucky enough to be seated in the silk tent. We had a 8 course banquet. All the entrees were beautiful, lobster san choi bao, crab and corn soup, dim sum, peking duck. The mains were as well but the servings were small, less than the entrees. We had the XO prawns and pepper beef fillet and had 3 prawns each and 5 cubes of beef, served with one bowl of chicken fried rice each. I cannot fault the service or quality of the food but we did leave still a bit hungry. You expect to be quite sated after a banquet. Very expensive, mains are an average $60 but a great place for a special occasion. Excellent service, immaculate clean establishment. Would definitely go back again.

First time for me to had Yum Cha (especially in Crown Casino).. My friend insisted me to try their Chinese food..

I could say that:

The food: was very nice.. Love the Duck!

The service: staff were very attentive - I am happy with the service. thumps up!

The value: well priced - because the venue itself is in Crown. So yeah - Pricey..
