Mat has been looking after our new computers (that he installed) for a while now and goes beyond just service. He makes himself available whenever there is a system issue or update required. Would highly recommend Simetech IT for service and install.

Simetech IT has provided us with our computers for some years now & their back service is excellent. Removing viruses and malware from both our business and home computers when we could not use them was a great help.
They have been very reliable and fast to get
our computers back to working when they have broken down. They have also found issues with our internet connection so we could raise this with Optus. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing computer support. Great to do business with.

My computer failed leaving me with no access to data. Mat was able to make it workable until he was able to purchase a new Laptop and set up a new wireless network, backups and transfer data. The system he has set up for me takes less room is quicker and am no longer tied to a desk. I have had a problem with emails and he was able to fix this by remote access very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending his services as he is highly qualified, efficient and prompt.

I had a computer corruption at our small retail store. The computer wouldn't re-start. I called Matt and got a very swift response by phone. He was able to call in to the store within a couple of hours to troubleshoot the fault. His communication with me was good and he explained the problem at my level of computer literacy. He was unable to resolve the issue on site, but took the computer and fixed it overnight, having replaced a corrupted hard drive. He also set up the computer to protect it from happening again by setting up backup software and schedules. Very good service.

Mat has set up a NAS drive and networked my computers. He now keeps my systems updated on a monthly basis. He is reliable and very good at what he does. Thumbs up from me.

Mat has fixed several issues such as frozen screens, sluggish performance, increasing the size of my hard drive & internet access which I've had with my laptop over the last three years. Also as I am a budding photographer Mat has now set me up with daily back up, I value the security of knowing my pictures are safe.

Simetech IT have the most qualified and knowledgeable technician. I had several issues: crashed computer, internet not working, improving computer speed, wireless setup, virus and spyware removal and setup a daily backup of my hard drive.
