After much discussion they are refusing to take responsibility. Owner verbally abused me on the phone.

I would not recommend this company so rude .unreliable, always changing their staff will never recommend or use them again

when we first moved into our home we went to Simon carpet court and brought our carpet, it was good quality at an affordable price. it lasted for many years, i know if we need to buy more we will be going back to there store.
