. Contact with the company from when we first visited the showroom to the
installation was friendly and professional. The installation went smoothly
and the guys arrived on time and worked right through the heatwave.

. Simply Bamboo were very accommodating of our need to work within a
certain time frame due to work rosters.

We had new bamboo floorboards supplied and installed by Simply Bamboo in January 2016. I would certainly recommend Simply Bamboo to anyone wanting bamboo floorboards without hesitation. The floorboards were laid with the best of workmanship and look absolutely amazing! Bamboo floorboards have totally upgraded the look of our home. The staff of Simply Bamboo Marcus (the owner), Hazel & Rochelle were great to work with. They are all friendly, professional, efficient and reliable. All inquiries were promptly replied to and when Hazel said they would start on Friday and finish the following Friday, they did!

Although there was a technical issue with the original bamboo floor, the follow-up warranty work was excellently done. The lines of communication between Simply Bamboo and myself were always open throughout the process. Many thanks to Marcus, Luke and the team.

Service has been excellent, was able to purchase & lock in the job about 10-12 months before the job was required to be carried out in the home. (Had a payment plan) which also made life easier with building. Nothing was a problem and the fitting guys were very happy to answer any questions and cleared up when finished. Would recommend with no problems!

We are incredibly happy with our new bamboo floors. They look amazing in both day and night light with beautifully finished corners, trims and tight joins. Every board is matched to those around it with care, giving a lovely flow through the house. It feels like we're living in a show-home! Marcus and the team have been flexible and accommodating all through the process making the entire experience positive. We would highly recommend Simply Bamboo to anyone looking for beautiful, quality, floors.
