Simply Natural Therapies

I went to Simply Natural Therapies to have a naturopathic evaluation. The staff are sensitive and professional and there's a quaint little store at the front where you can purchase books/CDs, essential oils etc. I highly recommend this venue for your wellbeing needs.

I have been a regular patient of Anne Marie Hone, the amazing acupuncture specialist, for more than a year now. Anne Marie is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and a true master of her craft. She has helped me find great balance and calmness in my life. She has also helped tremendously with physical ailments including back problems, knee pain, sciatica and shoulder issues. After each acupuncture treatment, I feel strong, calm and rejuvenated.

The store also has a gorgeous array of new age products, oils, crystals, books and dvds. I feel calm as soon as I walk in! Kath at the front will help you find anything you need for your body, mind or soirit

I have been here three times and seen three different masseuse. All have been fantastic. I like a quiet, relaxing and firm massages and was very happy with the service. One visit was when I was heavily pregnant and in a lot of pain. It helped a lot with the discomfort. They are always clean, well priced, on time and very thorough talking with me before and after about problem areas or things I can do at home. I will happily continue to go.

Just got home from a pamper night at Simply Natural Therapies and it was absolutely amazing!! The value was fantastic as each treatment (Foot Reflexology, Palm Reading, Kinesiology and Facial with awesome organic products!!) was for a substantial amount of time and excellent quality. Great people, lovely atmosphere and yummy nibblies and drinks. Thank you so much - will definitely be at the next one and I look forward to coming in for some treatments that I tried tonight xo

I really appreciate the depth and variety of practitioners, courses and visiting speakers that Natural Therapies offers. There is always a wide variety of offerings with new things being offered all the time so that there is always something for everyone. I've had some extremely interesting experiences at their venue.

For more than 40 years I have had many massages as part of my "wellness". However having experienced the "Tibetan Peace Massage, it is the "experience of my lifetime".

There's a beautiful energy as you enter the store, it's bright, clear and inviting. The treatment rooms are perfect for all their therapeutic sessions. I have had the most serene and relaxing Tibetan Peace massage with Kesang. An absolute must for anyone who hasn't tried a massage incorporated with Reiki. It will leave you feeling completely nourished and calm.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good range of products and books. The shop is welcoming and full of interesting things.

Everytime I visit this wonderful place I'm amazed at the wealth of information and resources available.
A lot of the subjects and concepts are new to me and there is always a friendly face available to talk to and have things explained. I really look forward to our trips down to visit SNT.

My experience at Natural Therapies was amazing. The staff are very caring, helpful and listen to my health problems. After two weeks of seeing the naturopath my mood has picked up, and I don't feel as tired.

I've had 3 treatments & a psychic reading here within the past 2 weeks, and all have been exceptional. The staff are lovely & genuine, the ambience is good, & I have every confidence that what is promised will be delivered. The Tibetan massage was wonderful, & I felt as if Kesang made my cells sing. Kinesiology & Reiki were also very nurturing. I've enjoyed every minute here & highly recommend it to anyone who needs spiritual or physical solace.

I went to get some hypnosis cds and then went back for some crystal bed healing which l found to be truely amazing staff there are great and friendly has a warm welcoming atmosphere ive slso been to some meditation groups which were fabulous

l attend simply Natural Therapies for various reasons, whether its a Massage or other sessions. I've tried other places but SNT is the only place that listen and understand pending on the sessions you require. They are friendly all the time at the store or over the phone. L would recommend SNT to anyone who would like to improve their health but also just to attend their informative workshops. Thankyou SNT for existing.

I have been visiting SNT for a number of years including regular massage and more recently a sound healing with Alison. I have always loved this shop and have always enjoyed my treatments. The energy of the shop is amazing and the shop manager Kathryn is a wealth of knowledge and always makes times to chat and often has words of wisdom to share.

I have see Nicole, Massage Therapist a few times at SNT and each session I have left leaving completely relaxed and rejuvenated! She is a brilliant massage therapist whom I could not recommend highly enough. And I am very fussy being a massage therapist myself!

I would like to recommend Phil Low, Massage therapist at SNT. My session with him addressed my low back strain and met all of my expectations. He seemed to concentrate on muscle groups with firm presssure and his strong slow technique ironed me out and eased away a lot of my stiffness and tension. He also showed me some stretching movements which I have been doing at home since to open up my hips and stretch my quads, which is often needed with low back issues. He has a calm and very capable energy which I appreciate. I have sent my husband along to see him and I'll be returning for another great massage soon. Thanks Phil and also Simply Natural Therapies for providing a wonderful healing centre!

I have had several kinesiologist treatments with Debbie.
All I can say is, AMAZING. There were some things personal I didn't want to share but my body obviously did. I saw change within the next few sessions within myself and still have the affirmations given to me by Debbie on my wall so I see it everyday. I could be emotional with some sessions but Debbie had such a beautiful nature about her that I always felt comfortable and happy to open the story up a bit more. What a calling Debbie has being a kinesiologist. Been raving to my friends about it as well.

I love this clinic! I have seen several practitioners here and find them all lovely. I saw Sarah for Acupuncture during my pregnancy and then did the HypnoBirthing course. I would highly recommend going here when pregnant, trying to conceive or after you've had your baby. The shop also has great products including MooGoo which I use for my baby.

Simply Natural a Therapies practitioners are different to most others. They listen, support, nurture and want to help you achieve what you're looking for in health and happiness. AND there is a gorgeous shop with such friendly staff to help you. You have to try them and find out for yourself.

I recently had a Crystal Bed Healing treatment with Alison at Simply Natural Therapies. The treatment was profound and I could sense the opening and the harmonisation of the chakras, and the flow of energy between the chakras increasing and becoming very smooth.

I also experienced a very deep state of relaxation and felt fantastic and very energised at the end of the treatment.

I have been to the clinic for Crystal bed healing , hypnotherapy, and accupunture. I have found the practioners to be professional, understanding and very thorough. I have noticed a big difference from accupuncture and managed to quit smoking after hypnotherapy. I feel much healthier and happy that I have managed to finally quit smoking after trying everything and failing for many years. They are affordable and have a variety of services.

I've been doing the Migraine program for 6 weeks and look forward to my sessions each week. My migraines are still there at the moment, but are becoming less frequent and feel more manageable. Alison and Nicole are both wonderful and make me feel very comfortable and nurtured during the sessions. Thank you SNT.
