On entering the restaurant, the floors were dirty and rubbish was left around. We ordered the basic fish and chips and paid extra to have the fish grilled.
The chips were soggy. The taste was very bad, seeming to have been fried in rancid/dirty oil. The fish was not grilled but pan-fried and had an eggy residue which overpowered the taste of the fish. By the time we got to the park the paper wrapping was soaked in oil. The worst F&C I have ever had.

used to be very good fresh fish but has recently changed owners and is not as good anymore. Still good for local fish but tastes frozen not fresh. Make a good tartar sauce.
