I had one of the best paellas here ever so not quite sure re the other reviews. Went for a late night dinner. The manager was lovely and even though it was full sat us outside and bought out a heater. Shared the paella with my friend. We couldn't manage it all and there was a generous amount of seafood. Loved their sangria. I'm incredibly picky with Spanish food but honestly I can't fault them for dinner they were amazing.

guys, c'mon. there's a market full of (apparently) fresh food right there, literally steps away. no need then to eat here and regret it, like i did. the food was comparable to a school canteen lunch, puts spanish cuisine to shame. the only thing that attracted me to this place was the big pan of paella being cooked out in the street like they do back in espana. they're trying, but they have no idea what they're doing.

this place has a good location, and well that's the only thing it has going for it. the paella is the worst paella i have tasted. it's basically bland yellow rice with seafood, but you can't see the seafood because it's so sparse...

food taste great, portion were just right that we can order few dishes to sample. there were many tapas to choose from and mains which were all packed with flavors.

staff were busy but very accommodating as well...i like it!

Came here for breakfast. Quite disappointed with the quality and also the wait times. They were quite busy and we were waiting about 40mins for our meals. I ordered poached eggs on toast and it came to me overcooked.
I've heard great things about the actual Spanish meals so this review is just about the breakfast.

My husband and I had lunch here on a busy saturday. Suggest arriving early as the tables fill fast. We couldn't have faulted the service. Our waitress was really friendly, helpful & efficient. We shared 2 tapas and a paella. My husband also had a coffee which he said was good. I had a glass of their sangria which had a real kick. Our bill was about $50 which I feel was good value. We had the Patatas Bravas (decent sized serving) and Meatballs (3) to start which were both really tasty. Then we shared a chicken & sweet potato paella which was nice but I suspect the seafood paellas being cooked in huge pans outside would be better and more authentic (if you eat seafood). We really enjoyed our experience and will definately be back!

Forget about Movida and Next Door in town, head for Sth Melbourne for a real Spanish experience. The food is really wonderful and half the price than what you pay in the city. Sometimes they hold a stall at the Night Market at QVM so use it as an opportunity for a taste.

One of the best affordable sea food paella on big pan for 2 people at $35 and my first time at eating tasty tapas, such as scallops.

However, it is only a very small restaurant, and just short of fine dining in terms of atmosphere. It's a good place to go in Summer. The restaurant is only available for lunch and dinner is only available on Friday and Saturday nights. Can't wait to try out other tapas cuisines there.

Had a couple of lunches here after shopping at the Market. Service is friendly but a slow, however the food when it comes is really tasty. Freshly made paella cooked right by the door to entice people in, on two huge portable gas rings and big pans, pan-fried potatoes, spicy mushrooms..... They open at night too, but I only go when the Market is open.
