Cleared a blocked drain. Was there within the hour. Friendly. Seemed to know what he was doing. Was referred by another plumber who wasn't able to do it that day. Definitely more reliable than some other tradies who don't turn up etc. Was able to quote over the phone which was helpful in deciding whether or not to use him.

This plumber was reliable which is exactly what you look for. He was there exactly on time and didn't take long. He knew what he was doing and helped me out alot. not friendly but good anyway.
the plumber turned up within 2 hours of me phoning him which was great, but he wasn't particularly friendly. but he knew his stuff, and only charged me for the time that he was there. he also gave me some good advice about purchasing a new hot water system.
