We've been taking our 2 Peugeots to Sim's motors for the past year. I can only highly recommend this knowledgable and honest mechanic to anyone who has a European car, or specifically a French one. As anyone who owns a European car knows, they are ridiculously expensive to maintain. This mechanic, Joe, is fair and will not rip you off like I've experienced with the Peugeot service department. Over a period of time I'd take my car to Peugeot and I'd always be up for an additional costly repairs. I found out later that this is what Peugeot does to keep there service and parts division busy. Since taking the cars to other mechanics my experience had been better. Since taking the cars to Sim's, my experience has been brilliant. One point I would like to make is that one the cars had a blown head gasket, a result from taking it to a dodgy mechanic. The repair bill would have been thousands. Joe from Sim's recommended we get rid of the car. He could have easily strung us on paying for something that was no point. But no, he looked after us by giving us his honest opinion and for this I greatly thank him. I still take my other Peugeot to Joe and have no reason to change from this great mechanic. Thanks Joe.
