I moved into the area abt 4 years ago. I used this restaurant once due to its proximity to my place. Was very disappointed with the takeaway we ordered and decided I would not go there again. Unfortunately my usual Chinese restaurant was closed last night for some reason so I thought I would give it another go. Wrong move. The special fried rice was all gluggy and tasteless. Seems they must pre cook the fried rice and put in the freezer until required then micro nuke it as when I was dishing it out it was colder in the middle than the outside. Rest of meals average

Very nice food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and I have had a great dining experience here.

I have been going to Sing Hing since I was a child.
They are very friendly, but can be overly friendly at times. The waiters tend to hover a bit.
The food has not changed it's quality over the years.
They are one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sydney. But I feel that they might need to update their menu a little, as it has not changed alot since I was young.

Very pleasant. This is a good local dining and tak away restaurant that serves quality "Australian" chinese food. A problem is that the restaurant is on a busy road. Parking outside can be difficult, however there is parking in a convenient side street.

Tasty Chinese food, but not spectacular. Good variety of dishes. Authentic but slightly over the top decor. Waiters can hover, but they are attentive. Good variety of vegetarian dishes. Can do special orders too.
