Went to this salon for hair trimming(which was upto my hips) for 3 cms, but the lady cut my hair half. Before starting her job I confirmed her don't cut my hair long n she confirmed and showed me how much hair she is going to cut. My edges were not fine. Not at all happy. Been crying the day n couldnt sleep well. Went the next day n explained to the owner n she said what Do u want me to do for that mistake. Owner seems to be cool. I have no option or answer as my hair doesn't come back again. Asked to come next day so the lady who cut my hair will be there, so went next day n the lady was so rude when I asked why did u cut my hair to half she was so arrogant n said in a rough voice I asked u three times before cutting. N she removed my hair clip without my permission saying I didn't cut much. Very rude behaviour. Owner was watching n she didn't talk anything. I believe trim doesn't equal to cutting hair to half. Don't want to argue n came out of the store saying "thank u very much for your service"
